Caitlyn Hill

Caitlyn has worked in the financial industry for almost a year and a half, with experience focused on operations.

In her role, she works closely with clients and internal teams to support our fast-paced office. In this role, she serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently professional client experience.

With a strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset, Caitlyn manages scheduling, coordinating meetings, correspondence, and administrative support for senior professionals while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. She is skilled at coordinating across teams, prioritizing competing demands, and supporting operational efficiency in high-pressure settings.

Known for reliability and strong communication skills, Caitlyn contributes to a polished client experience and helps the office run seamlessly.

Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys spending nearly every weekend traveling with her husband to dragstrips in various states. While her husband, Blaine, races, Caitlyn plays a key role as his Crew Chief. When she isn’t traveling she enjoys working on home projects and hanging with friends and family.
