Brett Hall is a people-first operations leader who focuses on building the systems, processes, and culture that allow teams to do their best work. With more than 15 years of experience across financial services, trading operations, and organizational leadership, Brett brings a practical, execution-focused approach to helping organizations grow with intention.

“When teams have clarity around how their work fits together, they gain confidence and momentum,” Brett says. “My goal is to remove friction so people can focus on what matters most, serving clients well.”

At Unified Legacy Advisors, Brett partners closely with leadership and team members to strengthen operational foundations, improve efficiency, and support the firm’s continued growth while maintaining a high-quality client experience. His work is grounded in LEAN and EOS principles, with a strong emphasis on accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brigham Young University, where he developed a systems-based, analytical approach that continues to shape his work in operations and problem-solving. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating meaningful impact by mentoring and empowering team members and helping clients better understand trading and investing.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing pickleball, enjoying the outdoors, and playing games together.
