Your Guide to Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder Meeting Entry

Your Guide to Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder Meeting Entry

April 28, 2026

If you own Berkshire Hathaway Class B shares (BRK.B), you are eligible to attend the annual shareholder meeting. However, ownership alone doesn't grant entry, you must obtain an official meeting credential (badge or pass).

HOW TO GET YOUR PASS ON-SITE:

  1. Go to the shareholder credential (will-call) desk in Omaha (typically at the CHI Health Center).
  2. Present a valid photo ID.
  3. Provide proof of ownership (such as a brokerage statement showing your Berkshire shares).
  4. Once verified, you will receive your official meeting pass.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. You cannot enter the meeting using only a statement, an official pass is required.
  2. The credential desk is separate from the main entrance.
  3. It is highly recommended to pick up your pass the day before the meeting to avoid long lines.
  4. Even owning one share of BRK.B qualifies you for entry.

WHAT TO BRING:

  1. Photo ID
  2. Brokerage statement (printed or digital) showing Berkshire Hathaway share ownership

For a smoother experience, we encourage you to arrive early and allow time to obtain your credentials before the event.
